What can I say? This is an exceptional company from the very top (in it's owner, Kevin Parker) all the way to its installers.....I was searching for an HVAC company to install a 24,000 BTU/ 2 ton mini split unit in my daughter's new home...we called and met with several contractors/installers and were happy with each we met, until our last meeting, with Kevin Parker of Beyond Designs HVAC / Remodeling....you rarely come across an individual as gentlemanly as Kevin in the home remodeling business....he was honest, concise, informative and most accommodating in his presentation while never exhibiting the overbearing , high pressure sales tactics of most salesman......we committed to Kevin and his company right then and there....he not only provided the very best price for the work to be done but his estimate included everything related to the installation of the split unit, from soup to nuts......i just got the best of feelings working with Kevin in assuring the very best for my daughter's new home......there was only a 2 day turn around from when first meeting with Kevin to the date of installation.......the installers arrived on time and took less than a day to install the Gree 24,000btu unit which included the running of new electrical power to the split unit......Kevin called several times throughout the day to assure that we were happy with the work being done, explaining every bit of the way what his workers were doing and what they had done, providing progress photos throughout the day......I didnt even mention the actions of Beyond Design piror to even meeting with Kevin ...I was pleasantly inundated , via test , with endless material regrading not only the unit they were going to install, but research material comparing the Gree unit to more popular and more expensive brands, including endless customer reviews and photos reflecting their earlier work..... as reflected in the accompanying photographs, Kevin's installers were most neat .....I MOST HIGHLY recommend Kevin and his company, Beyond Design & Remodeling....

I had beyond design install, my Gree Split, Ac . I thought it was on the expensive side, but when I done some research, it's one off the top units . Kevin explained how the unit worked, the installers knows there stuff, you would know the way they work they have done many . Everything was done neatly, the remotes for these units are stylish and easy to uses. It was well worth the money . I would highly recommend this company

I had a positive experience with Beyond & Design Company. Our initial meeting with Kevin, the owner was a very pleasant experience. I had the ductless split AC unit installed on 3 levels of my 100 year old house. Something that I've wanted for a while. Initially I was concerned about how it would look, would it work on my home, and of course how much would it cost. I called Beyond designs and I spoke to Mr. Kevin Parker who put all my worries and concerns to rest He was very respectful of my property he listened to my requests and we worked out the price. There was no pressure to buy anything. He left me to make a decision. It took me a week to decide. 24 hrs later I was in total amazement! Professionalism, Quality, Respect, and Communication - these words are very rarely used in a sentence to describe any contractor. However, they aptly describe the team from Beyond Designs & Remodeling. I have a one family home in South Ozone Park, Queens, and I recently installed a mini-split GREE system in my home. From the very first meeting; Kevin was on time, provided professional insight into what our needs were, and worked within our budget to get the most cost and energy efficient results. On the day of the installation, the crew arrived on time and the installation went seamlessly because the crew were knowledgable and experienced. It took about 5 hours for them to install 3 inside units, the compressor outside, and then cap the hose and pipes so that it matched with the colors of the siding - overall a very neat job! I was extremely impressed by the high level and quality of service, more so because I have dealt with contractors before who were always late, did not show up when they said they would, and never called to cancel! A few days after this job was completed, I contacted Kevin again to ask if the company could remove and replace a vent hood in our kitchen; within a week he sent someone across and it was taken care of. Since then I have recommended Beyond Designs to my brother, who wanted 5 units installed in his home. As of the date of this post, my brother is also extremely happy with the job that was done. I highly recommend "Beyond Designs & Remodeling"; the quality of the services received deserves more than 5 stars!

I can't say enough nice things about Kevin and the people who work for him. They installed a bathroom in this tiny closet I had and made it look spacious (I think they are miracle workers.) The bathroom came out beautiful. I had some dangerous steps outside and they redid the steps. At first I didn't like them and I would have been happy with a quick fix but when Kevin saw them, he ripped them all out, and started all over again. They installed an HVAC system and it is working very well it gets cold in here. I'm very happy with the work they did. His workers are nice and professional. They just do their work quietly and I didn't mind having them around the house. When I had a problem with something he sent someone that day to fix it. He stands by his work. Thanks Kevin.

I recently got my split unit AC installed in my house and I couldn't be more happy. During these extremely hot days we have been experiencing in NYC, I realized that my fan was no longer an option. I have been researching and pricing out these AC units for a while. By chance I found Beyond Designs and was introduced to Kevin Parker. He was truly a God sent. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. What I really appreciate was the way he really took his time to educate me and make sure that I would be truly satisfied with the end results. He never made me feel as if he was just in it for the sale. He responded very promptly to all of my follow up questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, not pressuring me into anything. His team came in for the install and was very professional, on time and neat, which i greatly appreciated. Even though I could tell that Kevin was very busy. He took the time to come back and inspect the work done and made sure I was 100% pleased. I am loving my new found coolness in my house and the fact that I have to put on clothes now because the house is so nicely cooled down and the unit is so quiet. I believe the name of the company speaks for itself, they were truly beyond just the design. They are about excellent customer service, great response time and overall a pleasure to work with. I have been using Beyond Design fir home improvements since 2018 when I hand my bathroom redone. I was so happy I've used them since for two kitchen remodels and a complete refurbishing of my basement which was flooded due to hurricane Ida. Additionally I've had several HVAC units put in as well as a bedroom renovation and interior door replacements. I am very pleased with their knowledge of all aspects of every job they've handled - electrical, plumbing, drywall. All done neatly and up to code. I couldn't be more pleased and look forward to the next job I come up for them to complete. Highly recommend.
